As a workspace admin, you have the ability to connect workspace data connectors. Workspace data connectors allow for all team members to view the resources within their GoSearch search results. Connecting your Notion workspace with your GoSearch workspace will allow for your team to search for pages and databases.
How to connect
- Head to the Data connectors section of your GoSearch workspace.
- Choose Workspace connectors in the tab navigation
- Search for the Notion connector.
- If you already have it connected, it will appear within the “connected apps” section. If you don’t have it connected, it would appear in the “available connections” section.
- Click the connect button
- You will be prompted with a message to avoid selecting private documents
- You’ll want to unselect private documents, since this is a workspace connector and the information will be indexed in GoSearch for all users
- If you are not logged into Notion, a new window will open requesting that you sign into your Notion team workspace.
- After accepting the permissions, you will be prompted to select items to share with your workspace
- Make sure not to select any private documents
- Click Allow access to complete the integration
