Whenever you ask GoSearch a question and the bot responds, there is the ability to copy that answer. The ability to copy lets users quickly share this information with other team members. Providing varying articles, answers, and go/links all in one.
How to copy a GoAI assistant result
When you ask a question within the GoSearch search bar, you are provided a variety of answers. The first answer will be the GoAI assistant’s response. This response will be based on learning your team’s tools and resources. If your team has any documentation or go/links related to the topic, they will be provided within this result. With this result, there are 3 buttons at the bottom of the results.
Clicking on the far left one, the one that looks like two pieces of paper, will automatically copy the information to your clipboard.
You can then paste the information into different conversations, emails, or documents as needed. Any resources attached will be in parenthesis at the end of the specific response.
How to copy any other results
After your GoAI assistant result, there will be a variety of other results. These results have the ability to share that specific document. You can find the share option by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the specific search result.
This will then copy the specific document’s link to your clipboard for easy sharing access.
